4. Can't sit still坐不住
　Keep pacing the floor 紧张得不断跺脚
　Bite one's nails 紧张得咬手指甲, 也可以表示束手无策
人在紧张的时候常会有些动作，比如跺脚、踱步等等，英语中也常常会用这些动作来表示紧张的状态。比如：
1）She can't sit still for even a minute. 她紧张得连一分钟也坐不住。
2）I keep pacing the floor, repeating over and over to myself, "I don't need these things, I don't need these things, I don't need these things..."（这个人大概是购物狂吧~）
3）We'll be biting our nails till the jury comes back.. 我们紧张得直咬指甲，直到陪审团回来。
