很堵车，一动不能动
1.The traffic isn't moving.
2.The traffic is backed up.
3.The traffic is horrible.

tow 拖，拽
tow truck拖车
tow something away拖走

You're not allowed to park here-your car will be towes away.
你的车不能停在这里，会被拖走的。

【小编笔记】
1.traffic jam:车子像粘稠的果酱一样纠缠在一起，所以表现堵车。

2.bumper 保险杠

bumper to bumper:形容车子一辆接一辆。

3.I'm stuck in traffic. 由于路况极差，车子夹在中间不能动弹的时候可以这么说。
