I am stuffed./I am full./I am up to my throat.

e.g. I cannot go out tonight because I'm up to my ears in work.

e.g. Recently I've been up to ears in work, but I'll come and see you as soon as things ease up a bit.

e.g. Just lately I've been up to my ears. You've no idea how much work there is.

Ps:Would you like something?
I can take you home. Would you like a ride?
Would you like some fruit - an apple or an orange?
