北京房价屡创新高令人瞠目

High-end property project Eastern Diaoyutai Homeland, with an asking price of over 80,000 yuan ($11,720) per square meter this year, holds on to its title for four successive quarters as the most expensive housing in the city, the Beijing News reported Wednesday.

　　根据北京新闻周三的报道，今年，高端地产项目“东钓鱼台家园”每平米售价达到了八万人民币（合11720美元），不枉为它是连续四季度北京最高房价的冠军。

　　Its mind-boggling price has shot up 14.8 percent from the previous quarter, an increase of over 10,000 yuan.
