北京房价屡创新高令人瞠目

　　According to statistics on Fangjia.com, a real estate Internet portal, apartment sizes at Eastern Diaoyutai Homeland vary from 313 to 471 square meters, making any purchase here no less than 25 million yuan ($3.7 million).

　　根据一家房地产门户网站“房价网”的数据介绍，东钓鱼台家园户型从313平到471平都有售卖，所以每套房价不会低于2500万。

　　Quoting property agency Yahao's statistics, said the average real estate price in Beijing, including its sprawling suburbs, has buoyed up to 25,010 yuan ($3,664) per square meter.
