AP News:韩国民众要求总统下台

This is AP News Minute.

It’s the final weekend of the 2016 presidential campaign. Donald Trump kicked off a marathon day of campaign in Florida and headed to North Carolina before later events in Nevada and Colorado. Hillary Clinton, coming off a free concert with Beyoncé and Jay Z Friday night, planned to keep up the celebrity cameos all weekend: Katy Perry in Philadelphia on Saturday and LeBron James in Cleveland on Sunday.

According to the Italian Coast Guard, a total of 2,200 migrants were rescued from boats off the coast of Libya on Saturday. The migrants were trying to reach Europe by crossing the Mediterranean Sea before rescued in 16 different operations.

Tens of thousands of South Koreans poured into the streets of Seoul, calling for the president to step down. The protest came after the South Korean president apologized on live television amid suspicion that she allowed a mysterious confidante to manipulate power from the shadows.

An engineer from Russia has built a toy house for his cat in a shape of a military tank. He created the toy tank for his cat to prevent it from scratching furniture in his home.
