Donald Trump shook up his transition team on Friday, elevating Vice President-elect Mike Pence to head the operations. The shift amounted to a demotion for New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who had been running Trump’s transition planning for months.

Delegates of the ongoing United Nations climate talks in Marrakech say the election of Donald Trump could jeopardize a $100 billion plan launched seven years ago to help poor countries cope with climate change. Only $5 million have been dispersed so far.

A six-year-old 1000-pound polar bear named Siku has found a new home at the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago. The bear recently arrived from Louisville, Kentucky and is part of the Arctic tundra exhibit, which will teach the visitors about the impact of climate changes having on polar bears.
