AP News:拜登指责特朗普"钻宪法漏洞"

President Donald Trump says the U.S. does not endorse Turkey's assault on Northern Syria and has made it clear to Ankara that its incursion against Kurdish figthers who helped the U.S. battle the Islamic State is a 'bad idea.' This comes just days after Trump ordered U.S. forces out of the area.
Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is saying for the first time that President Trump must be impeached for abusing the powers of his office to help his own reelection. Biden said Trump is 'shooting holes in the constitution' by asking foreign powers to interfere in the 2020 election.
Germany's top security official says the shooting outside a synagogue Wednesday on Yom Kippur, Judaism's Holiest Day was an anti-semitic attack. Authorities say two people were killed as a heavily armed assailant fired shots outside the building and into a Kebab shop.
And California's largest utility says as many as two million people will remain without power at least through Thursday as a precaution to protect against wildfires. Pacific Gas and Electric officials say it may take days to restore power.
