 inauguration: an act or ceremony of inaugurating

oath [countable]: formal and very serious promise

solemn: a solemn promise is one that is made very seriously and with no intention of breaking it:

stumble: a slip or blunder

draw [transitive]: to get a particular kind of reaction from someone

commander-in-chief: the commander of a nation's military forces or significant element of those forces.

make history: to do something important that will be recorded and remembered

heckler [countable]: people who interrupt and try to embarrass someone who is speaking or performing in public

bitterly-fought: very competitive

vote rigging [uncountable]: the practice of cheating in an election by not counting the ballot papers correctly

credibility [uncountable]: the quality of deserving to be believed and trusted

fake [usually before noun]: not real and seeming to be something it is not, in order to deceive people

pressure [transitive]: to try to make someone do something by making them feel it is their duty to do it

clamp down on [phrasal verb]: to take firm action to stop a particular type of crime

hard labor: compulsory physical labor coincident with a prison term imposed as punishment for a crime

bare-minimum: the very least amount or number
