中国有多少年轻人被家人逼婚?
More than 85 percent of young Chinese have been pushed by older family members to get married, according to a survey by China Youth Daily Thursday.

I plan to get married before 30, but my parents always ask me to find a boyfriend soon. It makes me anxious whenever they push me, said Hou Weiwei, 25.

The survey showed nearly half of respondents are reluctant to chat with their parents because their parents mentioned marriage so frequently. More than 32 percent are increasingly unwilling to go home, and more than 26 percent have doubts about themselves.
调查显示近一半的被调查者表示父母催婚过于频繁导致自己不愿向父母敞开心扉。逾32%的被调查者越来越不愿意回家,逾26%的被调查者质疑自己(能力不够)。
Ling Zi, member of Zhejiang Mental Health Association, said that both parents and their children should receive education about marriage.
浙江心理健康协会成员凌子表示,父母和孩子都应该接受婚姻教育。
Young people should tie the knot after knowing their partners well, instead of rushing into a marriage because of age, Ling said.
凌子说,“年轻人应该在充分了解另一半后再结婚,而不是因为年龄到了就闪婚。”
The survey questioned 1,984 people who had reached or were over the legal age for marriage in China, 22 for men and 20 for women.
报道称,本次调查的对象是1984名处于适婚年龄的未婚青年。中国的法定结婚年龄为男性满22周岁,女性满20周岁。
