Guest:Hello.I'd like to make a reservation,please.
RD:Certainly,Sir.When for?
G:Urm.The 22nd of this month.
RD:And for how many nights?
G:Three nights.
RD:OK.So departing on the 25th.
G:Yes,that's right.
RD:And for how many people?
G:Two.And could you tell me the price?
RD:Certainly,Sir.There are both twin and double rooms for ￡53 and ￡44 per room per night.And all prices include full continental or English breakfast but exclude VAT.
G:What's the difference between the two prices?
RD:Rooms for ￡53 are all en-suite,with both shower and bath.They also have a view of Hyde Park.Most rooms for ￡44 are not en-suite and so have a shared toilet and bathroom.
