本集简介：
The One With Phoebe's Wedding

Phoebe's Dad can't come to the wedding, so she asks Joey to walk her down the aisle; he plays the overprotective father figure a little too well. Phoebe is driven crazy by her wedding planner - - Monica. Chandler and Ross realize they aren't in the wedding. When one of the groomsmen drops out, they compete for the spot.

因为继父不能来参加她的婚礼，菲比请乔伊牵着她的手带她走过长廊。

故事梗概

本集中， Phoebe正如火如茶地忙着准备自己的盛大婚礼。本来应该由她的继父在婚礼上搀着她，把她交到新郎手里，怎料phoebe的继父又犯事了，不能来参加她的婚礼。 Phoebe只好请Joey扮演她继父的角色，挽着她的手带她走过红地毯。Joey欣然接受，并以Phoebe父亲的身份，以一个“长辈”的口吻，两次找Mike谈话。俨然一副“家长”的模样，而且，他的口气听起来逐有点儿God father的味道。

故事梗概

You’re done．这里是指“你完蛋了，你的工作结束了，你被解雇了。”相当于“It’s over．You are sacked!you are fired!it’s finished．”口语中我们所说的be done with sth．／doing sth．其意思可理解为finish doing something(做完一件事情)。例如：I am done with typing my homework．(我已经打完了家庭作业。)有时，我的外国同事问我有没有干完手头的活时也说"Are you done?"有时候，根据上下文，我们也可赋予be done with sth．／doing sth一定的感情色彩。例如：I got fed with this sort of tedious and backbreaking work．I am done with it．I quit!(我已厌烦透了这种无聊的辛苦的工作。到此为止。我辞职不干了!)
