中国卫生部发出预防大肠杆菌感染的通知

Here on China, the Ministry of Health issued a notice on Wednesday, requiring all hospitals to strengthen monitoring possible e-coli infections from Europe.
周三，中国卫生部发出一个通知，要求所有医院加强监测来自欧洲的可能大肠杆菌感染。

The ministry says outbound travellers for German and its neighboring countries after April are in highly at risk of contracting the disease. It requires doctors to get detailed information about the patients' travelling records.
卫生部称，四月份以后出境前往德国和其邻近国家的旅客极其可能感染该疾病。这就要求医生要知道病人旅行记录的详细资料。

Disease control agencies are being told to conduct examinations and test immediately once a case is identified. The disease is circulating through contaminated food, and people infected usually show symptoms of diarrhea. Experts say people bound for Germany should pay close attention to their food and hygeine, and avoid eating half-boiled or unclean vegetables.
一旦确诊一个病例，就要求疾病控制机构马上进行检查检验。该疾病是通过受污染食品进行传播，而受感染的人表现出的症状为腹泻。专家称，飞往德国的人们应该密切注意他们的食品和卫生，避免吃半熟或不卫生的蔬菜。
