BANGKOK, Oct. 19 (Xinhua) -- Bangkok Governor on Wednesday ordered Bangkokians living outside flood barrier in the fringe of Bangkok to evacuate, Matichon Online reported.
新华社曼谷10月19日电——据《民意报》报道，周三，曼谷市长要求居住在曼谷边缘拦洪坝外面的曼谷市民撤离。

Bangkok Governor Sukhumbhand Paribatra issued the evacuation warning to residents who live along Klong Hok canal in Rangsit area around 3.30 p.m. local time. BMA warned the residents to leave the area in 24 hours.
当地时间下午3点半左右，曼谷市长素坤潘向居住在兰实区Klong Hok运河沿岸的居民发出撤离警告。曼谷市政府提醒居民在24小时内撤离该地区。

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has prepared a school nearby for the evacuees.

The warning was issued after the BMA assessed the situation and estimated that would be heavy rain in the area that had been already flooded, according to Matichon.

Earlier today, the governor just issued a warning for possible flood in seven districts of Bangkok, including Klong Hok.

A total of 317 people were dead and three people were missing in the floods that have inundated the upper part of the country for almost three months. The flood have affected about nine million people, mostly in the north and central provinces, while authorities are struggling to keep the capital safe.
