温总理要求进一步改革开放

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao has pledged reform and opening up to face increasing global challenges. He’s called for the protection of farmers’ voting rights, and the improvement of rural community administration. The Premier made the remarks during a recent trip to Guangdong Province.
中国总理温家宝承诺进行改革开放以面对日益增加的全球挑战。他要求保护农民的选举权利，改善农村基层管理。总理在最近的广东之行中发表这些言论。

He says during a time of global uncertainty, furthering reform is key to solving economic and social challenges. He notes "Opening-up and reform should be implemented unswervingly, or there will only be a dead end."
他表示，在全球动荡时期，推进改革是解决经济、社会挑战的关键。他指出“必须坚持改革开放不动摇，不改革开放只能是死路一条”

In saying that, Wen is citing former Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping, who made a famous speech during his inspection tour of south China 20 years ago.
在谈到这个问题时，温总理引用了20年前原中国领导人邓小平南巡时作的一个著名讲话。

During a meeting with owners of logistics, export and import enterprises, Wen says China is facing grim external demands. But he adds the country’s foreign trade policy will remain generally stable, with adjustments made to encourage trade growth.
在与物流、进出口企业老板的一次会谈中，温表示，中国正面临严峻的外需。但是他补充称，国家的外贸政策总体上将保持稳定，为了促进贸易增长会做出一些调整。

The Premier also said that China should help stabilise the European market, and in doing so would help China itself. He points out Europe has been both China’s largest export market, and the biggest source of high-tech imports.
总理还表示，中国应该帮助稳定欧洲市场，这样做也是在帮助中国自己。他指出，欧洲既是中国最大的出口市场，又是我们引进技术的最大来源地。

Wen Jiabao’s trip to the southern province is aimed at gauging opinions and feedback on government work ahead of the two annual sessions of the NPC and CPPCC coming up in March.
温家宝出行这个南方省份的目的在于在三月份中国人大和中国政协两次年会召开之前，了解政府工作的意见和反馈信息。
