中央部门集中“晒三公”
The ministries of the Chinese government are publishing their government spending reports for 2011.
The reports will include "three major public expenses", which are the cost of international trips, the purchase and operating cost of official vehicles, and hospitality spending. Government administrative costs will also be shown in the report. The central government's budget on the "three major public expenses" for 2011 was 9.3 billion yuan, among which the cost of international trips was budgeted at 2 billion yuan, official vehicle costs were about 5.9 billion yuan, and hospitality spending was about 1.5 billion yuan.
The total budget of central government for the "three major public expenses" decreased by about 1.4 billion yuan to about 8 billion yuan in 2012. This is because spending by the People's Armed Police was excluded from the central government's total budget in 2012.
