Russian News agency Itar-Tass is reporting that three-party talks between Russia, the Europe Union and Ukraine over Russia's gas supplies to Europe are to take place Friday in the Polish capital Warsaw.

Citing an official from the Russian Ministry of Energy, the agency said that Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak and European Union Commissioner for Energy Gunther Oettinger agreed to hold the talks.
