俄罗斯再次威胁切断天然气

Russia is repeating its threat to stop supplying Ukraine with natural gas if Kiev doesn’t pay for June deliveries in advance. Russia also says that additional talks on the issue are contingent on payment.

Gazprom chief executive Alexei Miller says his state-controlled Russian energy company will present Ukraine with a "preliminary" bill for June on Tuesday, demanding payment by June 2. Miller says that if Ukraine doesn’t pay by June 3, gas shipments will be cut off.

Gazprom says Ukraine already owes it 3.51 billion U.S. dollars.
