动词drag本义为“拖,拉”,drag one’s feet指某人“拖着脚走路”,后引申为“拖拖拉拉, 行动迟缓”。

A:How's Bob coming along on his dissertation plan?

A:鲍勃的论文计划怎么样了?

B:He's really been dragging his feet.

B:他太拖拖拉拉了。

A:Why is he behaving like this?

A:他为什么这样呢?

B:He doesn't like it very much.

B:他不太喜欢他的论文。
