M: I wonder if you could allow us any discount for this commodity. It's the general practice that wholesalers usually get some discount from manufacturers or suppliers.
M：我想知道你方可不可以就这批商品给个折扣，通常情况下，批发商会从制造商或供应商那里得到一些折扣。

W: As a rule, we don't allow any discount.
W：规定要求我们不能打折。

M: But we usually get a discount of 3% to 5% from our other suppliers. Actually, some discount on your prices would make it easier for us to promote sales, you know.
M：不过我从其他的供货商那里通常可以得到3%~5%的折扣，实际上，如果你方的这个价格能再打折会非常有助于我进行产品促销。

W: That's true. But I am sorry I can't make an exception. We have quoted you our lowest price. We can't give you any more discounts.

W：的确是这样，但是很抱歉我不能例外。我们已经给您报最低价格了，我们不能再给您任何折扣了。
