在外企工作很多时候都要用英语做presentation(专题演讲),而很多时候presentation的质量不仅关乎到业务的成功与否,在很多老板眼里也是个人能力的一种体现。今天我们要来看看用英文做presentation要注意哪些细节,很多时候不仅仅是语言上的代沟哦!

9. So you have to know what you want to say. You can't put everything in text on the slide. That is a bad presentation technique.

所以你必须清楚自己要说什么。你不能把所有要说的都写在幻灯片上。这样的专题演讲技巧很烂。

27. You can put your presentation on a USB drive. And you don't use like crazy fonts. You know, you use pretty standard (fonts).

你可以把你的演示文稿放在一个U盘里面。然后不要用那些花里胡哨的字体,用尽量标准的(字体)。

28. Then usually it could work on any computer. 一般来说任何电脑上都能用。

29. So if you want to use your own computer, you better bring an adapter. Maybe more than one adapter.

如果你想用自己的电脑,最好带一个转换器。最好带不止一个。
