美国文化口语秀 第112期:开会礼仪

中西方的职场文化也有很大的不同,很明显的一点就体现在开会的时候:如果你在一家外企工作,开会的时候千万要神经绷紧了,如果你在下面玩玩手机打打瞌睡那可是会有大麻烦的。怎样才能在开会的时候表现得专业又敬业呢?赶快听听今天的节目吧!

3. Your manager will expect something from you at the meeting. 你的上司在开会期间会希望从你这个得到些反馈。

12. If you call a meeting, then you have to send out the agenda, but also make sure you don't invite people that don't need to come to the meeting. 如果你要召开会议,是要把会议议程发出去,还要确保你不要请不需要参加会议的人来。

13. In the Meeting 会议期间:

Take notes 记些笔记
Look serious 严肃对待

14. Never answer your cell phone during the meeting. That's not respectful to the other people in the meeting.

开会的时候千万不要接电话,这对其他开会的人不尊重。

15. Only a true emergency should require answering the phone, like your wife is having a baby, or someone is dying.

只有真正紧急的情况才能接电话,比如你老婆快生了或者有人快死了。

16. Before the meeting you should have turned off your cell phone ringer. But also you don't want it to be viberating, because often everyone can hear that. You should turn that off too.

在开会之前把手机铃声关掉,而且最好不要调振动,因为大家都能听见。你应该把振动也关掉。

17. Don't suddenly leave the meeting for bathroom breaks. 不要开会开到一半忽然去上厕所。

18. If you're going to a meeting, and it's an important meeting, your boss is there or your manager is there, plan not to leave the meeting until the end. 如果你去参加一个重要的会议,你的老板或是上司在场,你就准备好到会议结束再离开吧。

19. We're adults; we can control that. 我们是成年人了,可以控制住的。
