用这些小短语!

#1. No sweat #2. No biggie 没关系、别客气、举手之劳
"No sweat" is a short version of "no sweat off my back."
"No sweat" 是 "no sweat of my back" 的缩短版
"sweat" 是流汗的意思,紧张的时候是不是会汗流浃背啊?
这时候一句No sweat,就能让人平静不少。
"No biggie" comes from "No big deal".
"No biggie" 是从"No big deal" 演变而来,也是“不是个事儿”的意思。比如:
怎么用?
A: I'm sorry I'm running a few minutes late. 不好意思,我要迟到几分钟。
B: No sweat. 没事的啦/不要紧。
A: Thank you for your help.谢谢你帮我!
B: No biggie. 小事一桩
更多类似说法:

No problem.
No big deal.
It's all good.

#3. You bet! 当然啦、必须的!
"You bet" is similar to "No sweat". But it also has other usages:
"You bet" 和"No sweat"很像,但还有别的用法
This phrase can be used in a variety of situations across the board: 很多广泛场景下都可以用
怎么用?

You can bet your money on something (it's a safe bet): 你可以堵, 而且这是一个安全、肯定的赌注

#4. Totally 绝对的!
Americans totally love using "totally": 美国人绝对很喜欢用“绝对的”

A:This hamburger is delicious.这个汉堡太好吃了。
B:Totally. It's mouthwatering.绝对的!都是汁水。

Valley girls are girls from Socal (Southern California) “山谷女孩”是难加州的女孩们,因为南加州被称为“山谷”

#5. Literally 真的,毫不夸张的!
"Literally" 也是美国人最爱的口头禅之一
Literally means "actually", without exaggeration: literally的意思是“字面上讲”,指很真实、不夸张,用来强调真实性。
但是实际使用起来却通常相反,超级夸张!
对比一下:
The office is so hot. I'm literally sweating. 办公室真热,我真的在流汗,一点都不夸张
It's so hot in the office. I'm literally dying. 办公室真热,我是真的要热死了,一点都不夸张。(但明显就是夸张)
还有一些词,比如"practically",用起来也同样矛盾。下次有机会跟大家分享。
