You should put this all behindyou.  都已经结束了，你应该讲此事抛之脑后了。   地道表达  put something behind you    1. 解词释义  Behind的意思是“在背后”，可以用来表示位置关系。例如：He is behind you.（他在你的后面。）  而behind常见的其他用法是表示“忘记不愉快的事情”。put在这里是使役动词，意思是“把，使，将”putsomething behind sb的意思是“将某事抛之于某人脑后”，“忘记此事”，“不要老是记住此事”等。因此，对话中“You should put this all behind you. ”的意思是“你应该将此事抛之脑后。”    如果你的朋友遭遇到了不好的事情，你在劝说时就可以用这句话。 拓展说一个含有behind的有用的句式：when it is all behind...意思是“等时过境迁后.......。”
