1. Screw loose 脱线，神经不对头

Bill must have a screw loose somewhere, for he's acting really strange recently.

释义：

screw：一个螺丝；loose：松

疯狂联想：某人头上的一根螺丝（screw）松了（loose），结果会怎样呢？

2. Search me! 我不知道！

Jenny: Do you know who is the tallest man in the world?

Dan: Search me!
丹：不知道！

释义：在美国口语中经常可以听到Search me!它的意思可不是搜搜我，而是和“I don't know”一样，是“我不知道”的意思。
