四,作文。首先看看作文满分6分的标准:

1, 有效地按照要求进行协作,文章切题;
2, 段落组织有序,合理的展开说明;
3, 使用适当的事例支持或阐述观点;
4, 语言流利,连接顺畅;
5, 句式多样,用词准确。
如果划分的话,命题形式有3种包括,对立观点式,单一观点式,选择观点式。有的参考书对三种不同的命题形式给出不同的摸板。后来我发现其实不管怎么样的命题形式都可以用一个通用的摸板。有的人说,用摸板顶夺得4分。对这种说法我也觉得是不置可否,应为到最后,我也发现,不管你怎么写,终究逃不出一种固定模式。而且我觉得老美看的是我们的语言,形式并不是特别重要。很多人问作文应该怎么练,我觉得平时可以看一些范文,积累一些好的句子,经典的名人名言(当然你临时杜撰把你自己说的话当成名言也未尝不可)。毕竟这些东西不是一日之功。平时一个礼拜写一篇足够了,可以请水平高的人给看一下,提点意见。到摸考的时候,一套做一篇作文做够了。关键是语言要地道一点。内容要衔接,不要上一个观点还没说完扑哧窜到另外一个观点去了。到最后总结出自己通用的一个摸板。多套几次。考试的时候,你就不用构思文章结构这一块。想好内容直接往里套就可以了。平时可以对着那些题库,想想拿到这个题,有什么可说的。如果一个题目不好写,可以事例多写点。当然事例要用的恰当。我的通用摸板:
引子:先叙述一段背景,可举个例子或引一段名言,然后给出你的观点,agree/disagree,如果是选择观点,可以给出你的观点。
理由一:
理由二:…….
(理由可以给出2-3个,每个占一段。每段首句总括,然后用事例或者说理展开。各个理由之间的关系可以是并列或者是递进。每段的结尾也可以适当的用一两句作总结。如果理由间是递进的,要用转承赐予。)
结论: 做引申或者是概括。
注意: 每段只有一个中心思想,当然对一个中心,可以展开分多个方面论述。下面用我自己考的前一篇练笔做个例子,欢迎指正:
TOPIC: What are some important qualities of a good supervisor ( boss ) ? Use specific examples and details to explain why these qualities are important.

In our daily life, we often refer to someone as “ a born leader”, which implies that to be supervisor or boss, one should have certain potential qualities. For instance, being wise, integrated, decisive, humorous and so on. Among a long list of the qualities, I would like to say, to know people well ,to be decisive and to be humorous are especially important to be a good supervisor.
To know people well, means, as a leader, one must have sophsticated communication skills and the ability to deal with people. As we all know, one important aspect of a leader is to monitor the relationship between the leader and his employees, as well as the relationship among employees. To achieve this goal, a leader has to know at least his employee very well. So whenever problems emerge, he can talk to an employee in a very personal an private way, thus handle the problems well. On the other hand, one more important task for a leader is that he should be able to distribute assignments to the employees according to the versatility of an individual employee. For example, one employee might be expert at computers, so he could be assigned to a job related to computers; While another one might be good at words , so handling public affairs may be appropriate for him. To some extent, whether a leader is successful or not depends on how well he know his employees.
Similarly, it is also important of a leader to be decisive. Upon a problem, a leader must be decisive enough to make a prompt decision according to the information he collects. Even though, more often than not, he should always make a decision based on incomplete information and take some risk. This is what calls for a leader, because all the employees are relying on his decision. And sometimes, a later decision causes tremendous loss to the company.
One more important quality worthy of mentioning is humor. A humorous leader is always one who can get along with employees and develop a good relationship with his partners. And he is also a good lubricant to improve the relationship between the boss and employees. In some cases, humor can relieve stress and bring laughter.
In summary, to know people well, to be decisive and to be humorous, a leader will always find he is developing a good relationship with his employees and is doing his job efficiently.

后记:坐在电脑前从下午一点到七点,边想边写,写了整整六个小时,真的希望它能对大家有点用处。 今天是3月22日,离我的gre考试还有整整两个月,谨以此文告别我人生中的托福经历,与它告别。大四了,还整天奔波于寝室,教室,实验室,走过美丽的校园,望着三月天空满是的风筝,有时就想,为什么有这么辛苦,为什么有出国,在家呆着不是挺好的吗?但我知道,在每个gter的心中都在渴求着一种东西,至于它是什么或许每个人都有不同的解释。想想,准备出去的,出去了的可以说都是中国青年中的优秀分子,青春中几年中的大好时光都留在了异国。所以,gter们,不要忘了自己的初衷,不要忘了自己的梦想,出去了别忘了我们的祖国!!愿与大家共勉!!
