At least 28 people were killed and dozens more wounded on Wednesday after a car bomb exploded in the Turkish capital. Authorities say the attack targeted military vehicles that were carrying arm forces personnel.

A spokesman for a U.S led coalition said a series of U.S airstrikes in recent months have destroyed hundreds of millions of dollars of the Islamic State group's funds. The effort is part of a boarder campaign aimed at ridding the group's financial power.

Pope Francis wrapped up his trip to Mexico on Wednesday with an open-air mass near the U.S border. The pontiff also visited a major prison, just days after a riot in another lockup killed 49 inmates.

And a 18-year old Florida man was released on $21,000 bail after being charged with impersonating a doctor and theft. Authority arrested Malachi Love- Robinson after he performed an exam on an undercover agent.
