No charges will be filed against the mother of a three-year-old boy who got into the Cincinnati Zoo's gorilla exhibit, resulting in the fatal shooting of the endangered gorilla. An Ohio prosecutor announced the decision Monday, saying the child's mother was attending to all her children when the three-year-old just scampered off
Hillary Clinton is just 23 delegates short of clinching the Democratic presidential nomination, with the combination she currently has of delegates and super delegates. The former senator along with Bernie Sanders heads into the final batch of primaries Tuesday, when six states offer a total of 694 delegates.
Florida's governor has declared a state of emergency in 34 counties as tropical storm Colin approaches the state. Heavy rain is expected. The National Hurricane Center says it's unlikely that Colin will strengthen before reaching Florida's coastline.
And a monkey raided a jewelry shop in eastern India, escaping with a bundle of cash. CCTV footage taken last month shows the monkey pushing open the glass door, heads to the cash counter, grabs the cash from the drawer, jumps over the counter with the money in its mouth and runs out.
