莫斯科地铁爆炸经历者亲身讲述

2010-04-08来源:和谐英语

90% of the subway lines in Moscow run deep below the city. One station is so deep it takes 4 minutes to reach from the streets. Russian Today reporter Yulia Shapovalova heard one of the explosions and ran to the station just seconds after the blast. Here’s what she saw.

I heard the blast. It's south at the Park Kultury station. People were very nervous. They were moving around. They didn’t know where to go. I personally saw a young woman covered with blood and another was like ....so scared so she was crying. The third one was talking to someone by her telephone by her mobile phone thanking God for her survival. And after all that I started realizing that I had survived myself so I considered myself very lucky indeed. While I was there underground, the authorities probably had known about the first blast. So actually they urgently evacuated people and but still we know there are some victims of the second blast. I saw the very first victim who was helped by other people to kind of either assisted her to get into an emergency car. So I’m still very very nervous. I’m really sorry about that. But I really, now I feel like a participant of the whole thing. But it’s a big tragedy I should say.

An eyewitness account from Moscow. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has vowed to destroy those responsible for the attacks and President Obama has just weighed in with a statement as well. He says the American people stand united with the people of Russia in opposition to violent extremism and heinous terrorist acts. He also says that his thoughts and prayers are with those who lost loved ones today.
