俄罗斯再次突袭乌克兰

Russia has carried out some preemptive strikes after what Moscow called a Ukrainian terrorist attack that damaged the Crimean Bridge, according to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday.

俄罗斯总统普京星期六说，俄罗斯已经先发制人发动袭击，此前莫斯科称乌克兰的恐怖袭击破坏了克里米亚大桥。

Ukrainian authorities in Zaporizhzhia on Saturday said that at least two people were killed during a Russian missile strike on the southeastern city.

It's unclear if this attack was related to Putin's statement.

This resident told Reuters that she was sitting and then there was an explosion that came out of nowhere unexpectedly.

In Sumy, authorities say a Russian attack killed one civilian and injured five others in the northeastern city.

The European Union and France have already cut off financial support to Niger and the United States has threatened to do the same after military leaders this week announced that they had overthrown the democratically elected President Mohamed Bazoum.

However, economist Abdoulaye Souley remains somewhat optimistic.
