本集简介：

The gang spends time on Marcel's movie set. Ross has a hard time getting time or attention from Marcel. Chandler bumps into Susie Moss, a girl he knew in the fourth grade, whom he embarrased by lifting her skirt during the class play. She comes on really strong but it turns out to be an elaborate scheme to get back at him.

Monica and Rachel see Jean-Claude Van Damme; when Rachel tries to get him interested in Monica, he asks Rachel out instead, causing a rift between the roommates. Joey gets a small part in the movie but doesn't perform too well.

故事梗概

本集中，一个重要的客串明星(guest star)是Jean-Claude Van Damme．美国动作演员尚格·云顿，
他自己扮演自己。Ross之前“捐赠”(donated)的猴子Marcel被卖到了娱乐界，拍起了电影、
广告等。为比，一伙人到moivie set找猴子，movie set和television set可没有多大关系，
movie set是指电影拍摄地。碰巧，Monica和Rachel在那里见到了尚格·云顿。 Monica有点崇拜并喜欢他。没想到他却要约Rachel。因为这件事，Monica和Rachel回来后先是生气，在Phoebe的“调解”
(mediating)下，两人发生了“激烈的冲突”。

冲突升级后，Phoebe感到很生气，她说非得揣屁股不可了(kick some ass)，后来她冲上去使劲揪住两人的耳朵后，“战争”才停了下来。Phoebe说：
“Alright，now I will lec go if you both stop．”然后Phoebe竟然说：

“There we go．You know what，if we were in prison，you guys would be，like，my bitches．”这样的话出自Phoebe之口，能让人笑破肚皮。

Monica说Rachel出卖了她。英文中，sell out表示“出卖、欺骗”，例如：He sold me out．
(她把我出卖了。)sell-out可以表示“出卖别人的人”，例如：I can't believe this!The person I trusted so much turned out to be a complcte sell-out．(简直不敢相信!这个我曾经这么信任的人竞然是个出卖我的人。)此外，betray也表示“出卖、背叛”等意思，例如：The officer

betrared thc seeret to his friends．(那军官把秘密向朋友泄露了。)再如：Under no circumstanees should you betray your own country．(在任何情况下，你都不该背叛自己的祖国)。

set up则表示“被设陷阱、设圈套”(snare／entsnare)等意思。例如：The innocent

man was set up by the police相当于：The innocent man was flamed by the police-

flick是“弹打”的意思；give　sb．the green light是“允许某人(去做某事)”、“开绿灯”的意思。Monica所说的Jcan-Claude Van Damme出演的电影名叫Time Cop，其中文译名是

《时空特警》，相信很多读者都看过，是一部科幻片，“超人”题材的。Monica说他在这部影片中十分hot，意思是火辣；Jcan-Claude演过的电影还有《乌鸦》(The Crow)，据说，李小龙之子李国豪正是在1993年拍摄这部影片时意外身亡的。
