A blue level storm warning has been issued in Hegang, Jiamusi and some others part of Heilongjiang, China's northernmost province after heavy snow fall.

In Mishan city, snow continued throughout Saturday - up to 10 centimeters fell. A temperature of zero degrees Celsius was recorded. As it is already the season for crop planting, the snow has caused difficulties for farmers, with 200 vegetable greenhouses collapsing in Mishan due to the snow. Rice planting has also been affected.

Feng Guochen, farmer of Mishan, Heilongjiang, said, "The snow fell for a whole day. My 150 square meter greenhouse fell down. Now I have cleared up the snow around the greenhouse."
