dilip: jim came into work with me this morning and told me i had to change my tie.

fred: why?

dilip: well he said that i was breaking the company dress rules.

fred: what! you must be joking. in what way breaking the rules?

dilip: he said my necktie was too big and much too brightly coloured. we should wear smaller neckties in subdued colours.
