subash: well, we've just had a big disappointment in our company.

basil: is that to do with the computer software project you've been working on?

subash: yes, it's been costing much more than we planned.
苏巴什：不错，计划所花的钱，远远超出预算。

basil: well, that almost always happens with big computer projects.
巴兹尔：大型计算机计划的花费，几乎总是出乎意料。

subash: i know, but we could never get it to work properly. so the boss made a big decision yesterday.
苏巴什：我也知道，但我们怎样都无法令软件顺利操作。于是上司昨天下了个重要决定。
