广东致18死KTV，纵火案嫌犯在家落网 承认放火行为

An arson suspect who was alleged to have set fire to a KTV bar in Qingyuan, south China’s Guangdong Province, killing 18 and injuring five early Tuesday morning, has been captured by police, local police said.

当地警方通报，被指控于周二凌晨在中国南部广东省清远市KTV酒吧纵火的嫌疑人已抓获，该纵火案导致18人死亡，5人受伤。

Police had offered a reward of 200,000 yuan (US$31,676) for information leading to the arrest of Liu Chunlu, 32, a native of Yingde City, Guangdong, according to local police.

当地警方称，为逮捕32岁的广东英德市本地人刘某，警方悬赏20万元(合31676美元)给提供线索的人。

Liu is alleged to have had a fight on Monday evening before using his motorcycle to block the only exit of the KTV bar and setting it on fire, according to a China Central Television report.

据中央电视台报道，刘被指控于周一傍晚和人发生争执，之后，他用摩托车堵住KTV的唯一出口并实施纵火。

Liu suffered burns to his hips.

刘的臀部遭到了灼伤。

Police received a report about the fire on Chayuan Road at 00:30am. The fire was finally put out around 00:55am, local police said.

凌晨零时30分，警方接到茶园路的火情报告。当地警方称，火势最终在零时55分左右被扑灭。
