We're counting down the five most popular songs in the Billboard Hot 100 Pop Singles chart, for the week ending May 23, 2015.

This week’s lineup goes something like this: you, over here; you, over there; you – stand still. Get the picture? As the Four Tops once sang, “It’s the same old song.”

Let’s open in fifth place, where Walk The Moon holds with “Shut Up And Dance,” which has amassed more than 78 million streams worldwide. Lead singer Nick Petricca says that while making their latest album in Los Angeles, the boys went to a dance club to relax. There, Nick met a girl in a backless dress and beat-up red shoes…who told him to shut up and dance with her. There you go: instant inspiration.

Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars are finally losing steam on the Hot 100, as their former 14-week champ “Uptown Funk” slides a slot to fourth place. Mark’s musical credentials are impeccable… As a boy growing up in England, Mark was the stepson of Mick Jones…the guitarist behind the smash hit group Foreigner. The family moved to New York City, where Mark befriended Sean Lennon.

The Weeknd jumps a notch to third place with his million-selling hit single “Earned It.” While the Canadian musician is widely reported to be working on a new album, he’s not giving out release dates. In fact, he went on Twitter to deny reports that his new album would drop in August. So…your guess is as good as mine.

Holding in second place is Fetty Wap, with his debut single “Trap Queen.” The New Jersey native is one of this year’s breakout hip-hop stars…and he wants you to know a few things about him. First of all, he didn’t lose one eye in a gunfight…he lost it to glaucoma as a boy. Secondly, he doesn’t have 14 kids, as stated in an online rumor. He has two: a baby daughter and a four-year-old boy.

Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth spend a fifth week atop the chart with “See You Again,” and if you want him to DJ your next party, he’s available…for a price. We’ll crunch the numbers in a moment. TMZ.com reports that Wiz is going into the DJ business. He’ll spin records at your club or function for a cool $25,000 …along with the usual perks like first-class air travel and VIP treatment.

That’s it for now, but we’ll do it all over again next week.
