Cesar Seoc has a long criminal record including felony, drug theft and fraud charges.He was arrested Thursday near Miami, Florida.A white van with political bumper stickers was also taken from the scene.US officials have charged Seoc with five federal crimes.This is a law-and-order administration. We will not tolerate such lawlessness especially not political violence.Seoc who is a registered Republican is suspected of mailing at least 13 improvised explosive devices.The intended recipients, public figures who had criticized Donald Trump.

Authorities say one of the packages contained Seoc’s fingerprint.Even though none of the bombs exploded, the FBI says they were not hoaxes.We’re still trying to determine whether or not they were functional as they say.So we’re doing all kinds of analysis on that to make a definitive determination but they did contain energetic material which if subjected to the right combination of heat or shock or friction could be dangerous to the public.
