世界上比排队更烦的事就是有人插队，今天我们就来了解一下怎么用英语说“请排队！”

01.Line / queue
队伍的英文怎么说？
在美国大家常用：
Line：（一般的）队伍
Lineup / Line-up：活动队伍；运动员阵容；罪犯指证队伍
在加拿大你可以用 Lineup / Line-up 表示一般的队伍：
There is always a lineup. （这地方）总有人排队。
在英国记得换成：
Queue：队列；排队
Queue up：排队

02.Line up
当 line 和 up 中间有空格时，是在表示排队这个动作：
Line up：排队
People are lining up outside the restaurant. 人们在餐厅外面排队。
要号召人们开始排队时，可以直接说：
Line up.
Make a line.
Form a line.

03.A huge line
如果队伍很长，我们可以这么形容：
A huge line
A long line
A massive line
有时候总会碰到队伍不动的情况：
The line is not moving.

04.Cut in the line
插队的表示方式就更多了：
Butt in line
Cut in line
Jump the queue
用 butt in 和 cut in 时，习惯性不在 line 前加 the .
That person just butt in line/cut in line/jumped the queue. 那个人插队了。
此外，cut in 还可以表示插话：
Cut into a conversation：介入别人的谈话。
在交通上也可以使用这些词：
Cut into traffic：涌入车流
A car just cut me off. 一辆车变道冲到我前面。
There's a line of cars. 有一排车在那儿。

05.Line starts here
当你要提醒别人排队时该怎么说呢？
比较直接的方式是：
There is a line. 这儿在排队呢。
也有相对委婉的方式：
We are all waiting in line. 我们都在排队等候。
在国外会经常见到这个标语：
Line starts here. 从这儿开始排队。
