A report by the UN says that countries must radically raise their ambitions for cutting greenhouse gases in order to prevent global temperatures rising to dangerous levels. It says nations need to triple plans to cut emissions over the next 12 years in order to keep global temperatures from rising by more than 2 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels.

The second leg of the final was cancelled after River Plate fans attacked the Boca Junior’s team bus on its way to the ground. Boca had wanted River Plate disqualified.
