The director of operations at the International Committee of the Red Cross Dominik Stillhart has urged donor nations to find ways to send funds to Afghanistan to prevent severe malnutrition.

He said the hunger he'd witnessed among Afghan children during a visit he'd made made him livid.

Donors are still worried, and I think, however, are grappling towards ways of trying to help Afghanistan and the Afghan people.
