Hello, this is Danielle Jalowiecka with the BBC News.
The Kenyan president has rejected in totality a ruling by the International Court of Justice, which has handed the lion share of disputed waters off the coasts of Kenya and Somalia to Mogadishu.
Uhuru Kenyatta said the ruling over the potentially resource-rich waters by the UN's top court could damage relations between the two countries.
Anna Holligan has more on their reaction.

Kenya's government has rejected the court in its entirety now, saying it's pulling out of the ICJ.
It says it had inherent bias. It suggests there will probably be more discussions to come.
Now, if talks continue to be a stalemate, essentially, then it can be escalated further to the United Nations Security Council.
Because although Kenya has a much stronger military presence in the region, neither side will want this to escalate in military terms.
G20 leaders have promised to address Afghanistan's humanitarian crisis, even if this means liaison with its new Taliban rulers.
But many leaders stressed this doesn't mean recognizing the Taliban.
Italy's Prime Minister Mario Draghi said it would be very hard to help Afghans without involving the Islamic group.

Eighty percent of the income of the Afghan government came from donors.
Now, western governments, including the members of the EU and the United States as well as the institutions they dominate, such as the World Bank and the IMF, have cut off that income to the Afghan government.
Separately, the US has frozen nearly $10 billion in government assets that are held by the Federal Reserve, and it has also maintained existing sanctions on the Taliban.
So, all of these things the United States and some of its western allies are hoping will give them leverage over the Taliban government to get the kind of action that they say they want to see before they actually end up recognizing the Taliban if, indeed, they do.

A replica of the Young Woman of Amajac, the pre-Hispanic sculpture of an indigenous woman thought to be either a fertility god or a member of the governing elite, was discovered earlier this year in a village in Veracruz.
Mexico city's mayor Claudia Sheinbaum said the statue, which is due to be 3 times as tall as the Columbus statue, was in recognition that indigenous women had been the most persecuted during and after the colonial period.
