VOA常速英语:研究:喝咖啡可以延年益寿
For 20 years, this coffee lab has sourced, tested and supplied beans to customers.During that time, there have been contradictory studies about coffee’s impact on people’s health.
Now researchers form the International Agency for Research and Cancer and the Imperial College London, have discovered that coffee consumption is associated with the reduced risk of death, especially from circulatory and digest of track diseases.
We found the same results in 10 European countries, and saw different type of coffee consumed from the Espresso to the Norwegian filter coffee.Coffee came out as an associate with a reduced modality in this different populations.
Men who drank at least 3 cups a day are 18% less likely to die than non-coffee drinkers, for women, it was 7%.

I don’t know why, going back some years, the coffee had negative connotations. So I’m very pleased to the plain field being levelled that to a little bit.
But experts say a number of key factors are not considered in the reports. They point out for example that people who are not healthy are not part of the study. And that coffee drinkers may just be healthier to begin with.
