Look at this, looks like a war zone.Celebrities take to Twitter, this video posted by actor Gerard Butler shows the destruction caused by wildfires in his neighborhood.Here’s Butler’s own home in Malibu, he’s not the only celebrity whose home was affected.

The heroes in all of this, the thousands of firefighters who have been mobilized to contain the raging fires.They’re witnesses to the utter devastation these wildfires have caused.I’ve been doing this job for 31 years and probably in the last five maybe seven years, every year seems to get worse.A lot of that has to do with the recent drought and the drought that we’re still going through.And with that drought killed a lot of vegetation and so that dead vegetation is prone to burning obviously.Those conditions plus dry weather and high winds have made these wildfires so destructive.
