President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine has said he will ask parliament to dismiss the defense minister Oleksii Reznikov this week.

After a probe which began in May, an independent panel has rejected US ambassador Reuben Brigety's suggestion that South Africa had loaded arms on the sanctioned Russian vessel.
