我 “I” 有两种形式，一种是原形 “I”  （主格），一种是 “me” （宾格） ，我们都知道前者一般作主语，后者一般作宾语，于是 “我和你” 就有了两种翻译 “You and I” 和 “You and me” 。

作主语（主格形式）

If you and I are Facebook friends, we can follow each other on Twitter.
如果我和你是脸书上的好友，我们就可以在推特上互粉了。

You and I both like painting and listening to music.
我和你都喜欢画画，听音乐。

作宾语 （宾格形式）

She wants to be a person like you and me.
她想要成为像你我这样的人。

She said, " Most people pass this test, including you and me.
她说：“大多数人都通过了这次的测试，包括你和我。”

I hope there is nothing wrong between you and me.
我希望我们两个人之间没什么矛盾。

So, “她比我高” 是 “She is taller than I” 还是 “She is taller than me” 呢？

在这两个句子中，“我” 应该做宾语，than 作为介词。因此我们应该用 “She is taller than me” 表达 “她比我高” 。

So, “我比他优秀” 也应该是 “I am better than him.”

 “你和我” 为什么不是 “I and you”  呢？

一般来说，当主语既有第一人称，又有第二人称时，为了表示尊重，都会把第一人称放在后面，于是就有了 “You and I” 的说法！
